Worst experience in an emergency room ever. 3rd world category to say the least. My dad got in with facial and hand burns do to a gas explosion trying to light a furnace and had him in the waiting room for almost an hour, no nurse, no doctor, no attention whatsoever like if he had a flu and when asked how much longer to get him in, the lady at the front desk she didn’t know that that was up to the nurses. I'm not sure how this place doesn't have better ratings. My wife and I have had a rough month with different doctors and hospitals. We got hands down the best care from St. Catherine. Veronica RN and Linda PA were amazing. We got in quickly and were well taken care of.
Wait time for the emergency room is horrible. This is like going to a walk in clinic. They prefer to fly you out of town for any real medical procedures if you need them. You would be better off going to a different hospital. It is very sad because this used to be a very good hospital to go to. What happened here?
