This ER is the most unprofessional medical environment I’ve ever been in. The P.A. is beyond un-empathetic and angry at the world. The check-in staff is beyond dense (sit in the waiting room sometime and you’ll get a good glimpse into bad characters by the nonsense they talk about when they should be WORKING). Drive yourself to Lakin if you can. They don’t care at this ER.

Worst experience in an emergency room ever. 3rd world category to say the least. My dad got in with facial and hand burns do to a gas explosion trying to light a furnace and had him in the waiting room for almost an hour, no nurse, no doctor, no attention whatsoever like if he had a flu and when asked how much longer to get him in, the lady at the front desk she didn’t know that that was up to the nurses. I'm not sure how this place doesn't have better ratings. My wife and I have had a rough month with different doctors and hospitals. We got hands down the best care from St. Catherine. Veronica RN and Linda PA were amazing. We got in quickly and were well taken care of.
