I'm not sure how this place doesn't have better ratings. My wife and I have had a rough month with different doctors and hospitals. We got hands down the best care from St. Catherine. Veronica RN and Linda PA were amazing. We got in quickly and were well taken care of.
Wait time for the emergency room is horrible. This is like going to a walk in clinic. They prefer to fly you out of town for any real medical procedures if you need them. You would be better off going to a different hospital. It is very sad because this used to be a very good hospital to go to. What happened here?
Whoever is working operator in the hospital TODAY 10/25/2023 at 12:36pm is HORRIBLE hung up on me 3 times finally answer and tells me if I don’t need help dont call then hangs up on me this is BY far the the worst hospital I ever came across!! If you’re not there to help and listen & this is to all staff with a stuck UP.ATTITUDE you should find another profession Whatever your name is in the operator room you SUCK lady! I see why you’re working by your-self if I was your coworker I would stay far away from you!
