I initially went to Volkswagen to have a repair done on my 2017 VW Tiguan. Dropped in recently to this dealership. Looked at every car in the showroom, while employees walked back and forth. No one asked if I needed any assistance, nor did the receptionist. I walked out after about ten minutes. Professionalism is definitely not at the forefront of this dealership.
