I had an appointment at 3 PM today, but I had to miss it due to my child’s appointment. I called ahead to inform them and was told that I could come at 4:30 PM. Despite arriving before 4:30 PM and traveling approximately 25 kilometers, I was told that my vehicle could not be serviced and that I would need to make a new appointment. I was car shopping for an AWD SUV, and when I drove the Taos, I knew it was the one for me! But the service itself also was a deciding factor. My father and I were treated so well.
