Lifeguard’s at this pool are absolutely horrible. I’m disgusted and ashamed that they are part of our community. If I could give the life guards at this pool ZERO stars I would. The staff are clearly not trained for people who have disabilities and that’s pathetic. They are so rude and not understanding at all. Today (sept 13,2025). We took our child swimming at the 1-2 PM swim time. There were not many children in the pool. Maybe (3-5) max today. I've only been to this facility 3 or 4 times now, bringing my senior mother who has mobility issues, after suffering a stroke 5 years ago, and felt prompted to write a review. So far, all the staff, from the front desk, lifeguards, to the person who took my late cancellation over the phone, have been amazing! You don't see this kind of friendly, cheerful and accommodating service as often as we'd all wish, so I have to give them all a big shout out!
