I've only been to this facility 3 or 4 times now, bringing my senior mother who has mobility issues, after suffering a stroke 5 years ago, and felt prompted to write a review. So far, all the staff, from the front desk, lifeguards, to the person who took my late cancellation over the phone, have been amazing! You don't see this kind of friendly, cheerful and accommodating service as often as we'd all wish, so I have to give them all a big shout out! My family and I have been using your facility for over 4 years, and up until now, we’ve trusted that health, hygiene, and safety standards are taken seriously. Heart place and organized always clean. Friendly. The library is great usually a bit busy. The staff at the library are very kind
