I love bringing the kids to the aquatic centre. The kids love it and the lifeguards take their jobs seriously but are also very friendly. Kept very clean.
I’ve been coming to Kiwanis Pool and the library for years with my best friend, and until recently I had always had a good experience. However, we recently had a horrible experience with a staff member. While my friend and I were sitting on the couches near the entrance, a receptionist approached me directly and, in a very rude tone, told me that I “couldn’t be cuddling my boyfriend in a public place.” This was surprising and uncomfortable for several reasons. Love this place. Pool is warm and big enough where you have space to play. Facility is clean and employees are always friendly.
