We used to go to this dental office, i started there when i was 15, with Dr. McKenzie. He and his staff of hygenists and admin were fantastic! When he retired and sold, things went downhill. I was always waiting to get in to my appointment, the hygenists have so many patients at one time. The costs have risen dramatically (2019 was just shy of $1000 for three fillings for our daughters). Rebecca and the dental hygienist have been wonderful but the receptionist Sue has often been rude.
I'm beyond satisfied with my experience getting a vaneer for my front tooth. I was very cautious picking someone to repair the discoloration on my front tooth, I spent several years getting opinions and recommendations. The dental center reassured me that I could get a single vaneer to match my other front tooth while keeping the integrity of my other teeth. I am beyond happy with the results and the entire staff for advocating for me and ensuring I got the results I wanted. Thank you so much.

The staff at St. Catharines Dental Centre are amazing. Pat at the front desk is friendly and warm as she prepares you with the information you need for a successful dental appointment. Denise, one of several hygienists is caring and knowledgeable. She demonstrates that care in her interactions with you, allowing you to feel comfortable and protected as she prepares you to see the Doctor.
