If I were able to leave a review without giving you a star that's exactly what I'd be doing. I went into the office about 3 weeks ago to get a referral to a pain doctor as well as a referral to another doctor didn't have a look at the swelling in my legs. By the time I got through answering 10,000 questions we were completely off topic and none of the above got done. Since angela left I was told I wouldn't be able to get my meds that I need she was the best one down there she cared for her patients and so did the staff there what's this world coming to when you cant get your medication so now what is alot of the patients suppose to do
I was the 2nd person in the door. 1 1/2 hrs later I've still not seen the aprn. She was too busy waiting on other people. I just wanted to be home in bed. Couldn't or wouldn't take the time to swab me and let me leave. I see all these great reviews on Vena. Well guess what? Vena doesn't work there anymore. I miss her AND the place was disgustingly filthy. You have my phone number. Call me owner. And I will share
Angela and the nursing staff were AMAZING with our autistic son and he loved them. What a great group of nurses! I highly recommend them. Thank you!
