I want to thank the 2 male techs who helped me with my MRI. I always had trouble with the contrast and they talked about it and came up with a solution. First time I had with no reaction to it. Thank you so much. I wish I could remember your names so I could thank you properly. You are the best!!
No. 1) parking. Ancient meters with no way to top up. 4 loonies got me 36 minutes. There is a maximum time that is less than mri appointment. No coin change available inside. No machine to add time through license plate registration. Yet the paper sent out said metered parking, you would think it's the same system as other parts of hospital. Do not park there. Shane was the best medical practitioner I’ve interacted with in a while. Made the process so much better and less scary. I was taken care of in a caring way here. Shane is the man!
