Went in 2020, the doctor dilated my pupils just to be given a prescription way too strong! I never did end up using that prescription.

Went in on October 17, 2023 for my eye appointment and to pick out glasses. My glasses were Approved by my insurance on the 18th. ( The very next day as I was contacted by the Insurance) I called on October 27, 2023 and I was told they were NOT approved yet. That was incorrect and a complete excuse and lie. I just feel if you are Native they just don't care and give you excuses. They even lied and said they tried calling. THIS IS NOT A GOOD PLACE to get glasses if you are a Treaty Person.
