What a wonderful experience with this great team. Their knowledge and amazing personalities was such a blessing. I was sad when my rehab ended. They’re the best!!!!
I am giving 3 stars. Here’s why. I loved the therapists there, but there is a receptionist (she is a colored woman, sadly I didn’t catch her name) who sits at the front desk and she is absolutely horrid at her job. She’s rude, dismissive and the only person there I’ve had any issues with. She’s not only been rude to me , I’ve also noticed her being rude to others while they were checking in. I can't say enough good things about my experience with this physical therapy team. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. Every therapist I worked with was not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, but also genuinely pleasant and encouraging throughout my recovery. I was well please with both times they cared for me. They are so friendly from the office to the therapist. I would definitely recommend them on Southwest Drive.
