On 6/24/26 I was seen by PA Mark Logan, specialist in urology. That morning I met with PA Mark Logan in the urology dept for medical complications I’ve been having. My encounter with Mark Logan PA was very unpleasant to say the least! As he converse with me, his way of explaining to me what he had diagnose was said in a way that confuse me ,he spoke to me as though I was educated in medicine, so I had to ask him to speak to me like I was a patient and not a colleague. If I could give 0 stars they'd have 0... This place is a joke. Unfortunately this is the only hospital in chalmette, so we had no choice but to come here for an "Emergency" if I didnt know any better, I'd think this place was a glorified urgent care because more then half of the employ we interacted with had 0 sence of urgency and empathy. This is not a hospital! I like to think the whole staff here went to er 5/28/26. The wait was very fast. They took great care of me I love it here. Mrs Taylor is a great help.
I have only had appointments on the medical office side, but the parking is amazing! Check in, pay your deductible or whatever then go to where your appointment is. Very easy to get in and out. There is mental health, ER, and it looks like radiology. Compared to other medical facilities, this is a breeze!
Usually I never leave reviews, I was nervous to do an ultrasound but the tech Jadyn K. was absolutely so wonderful and eased my anxiety . Great bed side manor and geuinely wanted to help people, I would rate this interaction at, Saint Bernard Hospital one of the best i've had there !
