The staff is wonderful. The facilities are well kept and the design is welcoming. Update: my dad enjoyed his time here. The staff were exceptionally supportive and caring. I felt my dad had another "family" taking care of him. I couldn't ask for better people to be in his life.
Priorities for supporting Mother's stay at Ecumen St. Benedict's Community - Monticello was: personal safety; personal security; and attentive skilled health professionals attending to our aging parent's needs. These needs were met and often exceeded. The pricing structure is fair market based. Pulled my grandma from an Ecumen ran home and the 2 years there (new facility) were amazing… UNTIL it was taken over by Ecumen! She has had more problems in the short few months than ever in the two years ran by a reputable company! My mom found my grandma laying in her bed which was SOAKED full of urine! They pushed it off and tried to blame my grandma rather take responsibility for their negligence! This company is horrid and DO MOT RECOMMEND!
