Total incompetence. No one knows anything. I was scheduled for an MRV in April. I came for the test, sat in the waiting room, a woman came out and said the prescription is for an MRV; you’ve been scheduled for an MRI. We can’t give you the test.STRIKE ONE. Now, I reschedule for the MRV, come in, go through the test. I get a call that afternoon that I was given the wrong test. They gave me an MRA, which I didn’t need. Great patient care. My 1st MRI went great. From the staff at front desk to the ladies in the back, great pt care. Hela went above and beyond to keep me confortable.
Terrible experience with how the entire billing process actually worked. I called the hospital before my appointment to ask specifically how much I need pay, not once, not twice, three times, to avoid surprise bill later. I was given the same answer that my responsibility will be $0 after the CSR checked my insurance. A couple of days after the procedure done, I ended up finding that I owed the balance of ~$180. MRI Front desk lady dealing with customer in a nasty way, I don’t understand if you don’t like your job why you still continue working , manager in this place should watch there coworkers and choose the right person to work, they need more training . I am wondering how to be in A position that you must deal with the customer in a friendly way and bring your miserable life with you to work !?
