Terrible experience with how the entire billing process actually worked. I called the hospital before my appointment to ask specifically how much I need pay, not once, not twice, three times, to avoid surprise bill later. MRI Front desk lady dealing with customer in a nasty way, I don’t understand if you don’t like your job why you still continue working , manager in this place should watch there coworkers and choose the right person to work, they need more training . I am wondering how to be in A position that you must deal with the customer in a friendly way and bring your miserable life with you to work !?
My experience with the MRI was good. The staff was nice and courteous. However, the disk of the MRI they gave me was blank and caused all sorts of headaches for my doctor.
Go somewhere else! The staff in the back are friendly. The front desk staff could benefit from smiling at patients who are already nervous walking in the door. And the wait issue others have talked about is real. I missed work today due to a 930 appointment that I just got home from. Three hours two of them were spent freezing in the back room with an IV sticking in my arm. They also forget about patients who are sitting and waiting there.
