Disgusting one of the WORST ER in NYC . You’ll be in the waiting area for about an hour . Then to see the doctor is another 2 hours . I recommend you just stay home and die in peace.

If you want to be left alone to die you can come here. I waited three hours and not one doctor came to see my mother in law. Nothing was done. They blamed it on shift changes but I never heard of a shift change last one hour and a half. The only people who care were the EMTs, the medical assistants and nurses at triage. After that nothing. This place should be shut down.

If this hospital is your only option in an emergency, you might as well make peace with dying — at least you’d be more comfortable in your own bed than surrounded by chaos, screaming patients, and complete disregard. Avoid this emergency room at all costs. Avoid this hospital by any means necessary. The online reviews barely scratch the surface of how bad it really is.
