The incompetency of this branch is unbelievable. They totally messed up a 6-figure wire transfer by inaccurately wiring the funds to an incorrect account number. Even though the branch representative was given a printed page with accurate instructions, and she even called the title company and verified those numbers (under duress I might add), she still mis-entered the information into her system. Even after the error, she denied she did anything wrong and said it must have been inaccurate information on the sheet I gave her... read more
