This bank is the worst S&T bank in Indiana county . It’s sad cause it’s a couple blocks for. Me but I have to go to one across town cause the workers here are clueless and have no idea what they are doing !!! It’s the biggest S&t bank in Indiana and they are all so clueless . Training needs to be done better to them .

4/22/24. Monday Time 3:55 I pull into the Drive Thru at the Philadelphia Street Branch. As I am getting my Deposit ready the window on the Tube Closes. Ok? So I figure the Tellers are trying to Wait on the Customers still In the Lobby of the Bank. I'll be Patient. After every bit of 7 mins and Tellers seeing me I left. Unexceptional S&T. Oooh and I Called the Branch at 4:39. The young man (Joe?) Confirmed the Drive Tru is open. And Would be Closing in 20 mins. 😡

I would advise caution when considering this financial institution. In particular, I had an unfavorable experience with Mr. Richard Scott. He lacked patience and clarity in his explanations. It felt as though he didn't value our time or concerns. I believe it's essential to share such experiences so others can make informed decisions. Don’t recommend this Financial institution to anyone!!!!

I have been banking with S and T for over 10 years. They have worked with me through financial low and high points, gave expert opinions, offering patience, loyalty, and care throughout. Wouldn't bank anywhere else!
