On August 8th, 2025 A long time CD became Due and able to renew or cashout. I offered the bank a change to match the amount I could get at a competitor and they chose not to for .025 percent. I was told that this would be closed out and sent to me. The amount is in excess of 105,000 and I needed at the very least part for a scheduled eye surgery this Thursday. My business has been banking at S&T Bank for 30 years, and it’s a great place to bank if you still live in 1995. They’re truly the most difficult, incompetent, unhelpful banking institution I’ve ever come across. At this point, all they have left is the ignorance arrogance of a bank plummeting into obscurity while screaming it’s the customers who are wrong. Luckily for them, they won’t have any left soon enough. I’m out.

This bank is the worst S&T bank in Indiana county . It’s sad cause it’s a couple blocks for. Me but I have to go to one across town cause the workers here are clueless and have no idea what they are doing !!! It’s the biggest S&t bank in Indiana and they are all so clueless . Training needs to be done better to them .
