Absolutely wonderful customer service, timeliness and reasonable prices. Highly recommend st.B automotive if you’ve got a sentimental car needing work.
Took my Acadia in for brakes and had a great experience. They diagnosed exactly what was needed without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. I ended up needing front pads and rotors, and the pricing was very fair compared to what I expected. The work was done quickly, communication was clear, and the car is driving great now. I really appreciated the honesty and straightforward approach, that’s hard to find these days. Definitely a shop I’ll be coming back to for future work.

Got an estimate of ~800 said it might be more was over 1100. Told me ac was fixed didn’t even get out of the parking lot and it wasn’t. Had to get a ride there, now I had to get a ride back home. Later that day I had to come back and pay $37 for an uber. They wouldn’t give me any sort of discount on the work or reimburse me for the uber. Said they would give me 10% off the next time….
