I had a great experience and was service was done in a timely mannor. Phonix Terry was very helpful. Staff is knowledgeable and know what they are doing.
Kevin and Hunter are great and got me in quick
They charged my son, a college student $139 for a diagnostic. Then told me they would charge me 9 hours of labor for a rack and pinion for a chevy malibu which takes 4-5 hours. When I told them I could get the part cheaper they told me that they had to order them they wouldnt take the parts if i had them sent there... sometimes if your honest then you can get more business. But I guess the upcharges where because my son is a minority from Houston.... smh....

I initially posted a great review for these guys because the service staff is always polite and friendly. But, I don't like to be lied to and their policies are not set up to help the customer at all. In Aug they replaced a carrier bearing in my vehicle. Generally, when a truck is up on the rack and the mechanic has his hands on the driveshafts, he can feel if they are tight or if the u joints also need replaced.
