If I could give zero (0) star I would. Absolute poor customer service. The customer service at this establishment is unbecoming, mocking, and condescending. After volunteering to hold while the representative checked on the status of his colleague I was left on hold for over ten minutes. The response was, "you said you would hold while I checked!"
