I called my insurance company for a tow. The order was sent to Klett Automotive Group DBA Olde Towne Towing. I was provided updates with the status of the pickup. When the time stated 20 minutes, I prepared for the pickup. 10 minutes later, I received a notification the pickup was adjusted for 77 minutes. When I called for an explanation I was advised that they don't provide up[dates, those come from the Insurance company. Easiest, fastest, most professional tow ever. I am a St Augustine local and just had a flat tire at home. This tow was super fast and easy. Driver was friendly and navigated my crazy street with easy. Definitely recommend!!!
