Thank you very much to all the staff at this wonderful place. They have compassionate hearts and a truly caring spirit. My dog could no longer be saved, but they did everything possible to make her passing dignified. Our last moments together will remain in my heart for a long time. Thank you for your support.
The staff here is really wonderful; despite being short-handed and very busy, everyone was so pleasant and caring. I brought my cat in on a Wednesday evening around 6:15. We were there for about 4 hours as there were a lot of other patients. So…bring a book or a phone charger! My cat had a respiratory infection so we spent most of the wait in the car which was fine. Not very happy with their service last night. They didn't give my dog anything to help her. I feel like I should have got more help in diagnosing her.
Our cat was very well treated, we were communicated with at all times, and the veterinary care is amazing.
