Our family dog had the new pro heart 12 vaccine six hours earlier today. He started having digestive problems and hives. SARVEC staff and vet were amazing. They told me to give Benadryl and come in. Thank you SARVEC for saving our baby!
Today my wife and l had made the decision to end the pain caused by cancer to our family dog Elliot. It was my first visit to St. Augustine Regional since my regular Vet wasn't available. The staff was very understating, pleasant, and mindful of our situation. Overall they did a fantastic job making us feel at ease with having to make such a decision. The staff at the SAVEC is absolutely amazing. We brought our beloved dog Harry in and unfortunately we did not get to leave with him. The staff were extremely compassionate and understanding. They did not make us feel rushed or bad about having to make the tough decision. They were caring and understanding and I would highly recommend this clinic.
We had an emergency with our dog Luke on Sunday night Dr. Rowe and all staff members were very kind and helped us get Luke taken care of right away and we appreciate Dr. Rowe for everything she did for us. Everyone was very pleasant and accommodating. There were a lot of emergencies that night and the wait was quite long, but we were very pleased with the outcome. These wonderful women saved my cat's life! I was so scared and in the midst of losing my cat due to a difficult birth. Not only was the staff extremely empathetic. They were amazingly kind and supportive. They saw me right away, and went all in to save my babies life. I will NEVER be able to thank them fully for their kindness and hasty help.
