These are the most caring and kind and considerate group of people that I’ve ever met! My beautiful Nahlita past away very traumatically on New Year’s Eve and the veterinarian tried so hard to save her but just couldn’t. The staff were so supportive and even affected by the whole dramatic situation, that every single person was in tears. They gave us all the time we needed in a special separation room to hold her and love on her as long as we needed to. Then they were so very considerate with our final bill. Staff and doctors were extremely kind and patient with our emergency. They were very understanding while I was in panic mode. Cant share my appreciation enough.
Was my first time here after an emergency. The staff and doctors were amazing, made me feel calm and comfortable at a bad time. My dog needed stitches and they took really good care of him, any questions I had throughout were answered. Thank you for saving Milos life and being good to my baby boy!!!! Happy new year!!!
