Traffic delayed our driver. So many accidents and road closures were happening, but she answered my call and I was able to navigate her through it because Waze was taking her in circles. Besides the delay for unforeseen able traffic, I would 100% recommend! Not to mention they did recognize the delay and did compensate. Communication was amazing as I booked this company for my daughter’s Prom
