Michael was the chauffeur. Absolutely incredible from start to finish! He helped my sister and I set up an anniversary surprise for our parents and he was my point of contact the entire time and then turned out to be their driver which made me incredibly happy. My parents enjoyed their luxury service and Michael was attentive, knowledgeable, kind, entertaining(my dad talks a lot) and very punctual. Thank you Michael for the awesome service!
