Do not go here. One of the worst experiences I have had with a doctors office. Turned up to my appointment, had a negative test result but wasnt allowed in to see the doctor, even after competing there stupid sms form stating my symptoms. Script wasn't organized for my partner to pick up on the day, which was an inhaler for my breathing issue as I'm asthmatic and recently had covid. When we moved in langwarrin 2 years ago. My wife was pregnant and this doctor here scared us so much that our baby had this and that etc And when we asked what is the problem he couldn’t explain what is the problem and kept asking for more tests. Then, even when we stopped going they send me a message that he got result of my wife’s tests which we never had. Booked an appointment for my partner via Healthengine to get her blood pressure checked. A txt message received 30 mins before the appointment stating the appointment has been moved to Telehealth. Then no show at the Telehealth appointment. I would have gone to another Doctor and waited as a walk in if I had know the Doctor was planning to put my life at risk. Absolutely the worst medical practise I have EVER been to. I have book 5 different appointments with this clinic in the last 2 weeks only to have all 5 TELEHEALTH APPOINTMENTS to be a no show by the doctor. I’m tried if this clinic messing people about.
