I’ve recently been having major problems with my well system, for months this went on. I contacted Ken at St. Aug electric motor works and he was so extremely helpful. He went over a few troubleshooting attempts over the phone with me to help guide me as I am a “Do-it-yourself” type of guy. I made some major progress with his help in just a single call. Do NOT use this company! At best St Augustine Electric Motor Works is inept at troubleshooting devices with a motor and cannot discern when a pump is bad, or at worst they perform a series of work that won't address the underlying issue but will result in repeated site visits and hours of unnecessary, billable labor time. They replaced a switch, some wiring, and some pipe for $740 in parts and labor. Then they performed two succesive acid treatments on my well for $800 and $500. This team is awesome! I was in trouble with no water at my home. I called my brother and he recommended “StAugustine Electric Motor Works” Said they would be able to help me right away. I didn’t believe him (not with the type of service you get these days). Anyway…1st thing Monday morning I was at their door with my old pump in hand.
