I had a service call from St. Augustine Electric Motor Works last week to deal with a perceived pressure problem with my irrigation system pump or well. Tyler listened to my description of the problem and then went to work. Since there were several possibilities, he began an organized diagnosis while keeping me informed as he went along. So far, the system is working like a new one and I credit Tyler. He is an excellent representative for your company. Also, prices were fair and scheduling was easy.
Tyler and Ethan were terrific! They were knowledgeable, intelligent, and very courteous. They explained their diagnosis of our pump problems, gave us an excellent price, and had it fixed and working in no time. I would very highly recommend this firm!
Put in a generous for me did a nice job. Unfortunately the unit had some issues. They came out several times. The unit continued to have issues. They removed the unit and put a new equal or better unit in. Works good. They were always quick and courteous. I would recommend. Also a good job on a well cap.
Had a sewage emergency and St. Augustine Electric came out asap! Geoff was awesome in getting us back up and running! Highly recommend!
Great place to do business with. I have bought several well pump outfits from them thru the years. I recently had a condenser motor fail on my ac at my house. I went to baker brothers and got some of the ugliest attitude I have had from a person in at least ten years. I wrote review there I refer you to that. These guys are great!
