They're so sweet and understanding and super good with my kids
ABSOLUTELY NO COMPASSION FOR PATIENTS. After missing an appointment due to a death in the family I was questioned about the truthfulness of it, asked when they passed and was told I should have called in the middle of making arrangements to let them know we wouldn’t be there because filling their “big gaps” in the schedule is far more important than having compassion for a patient calling and explaining the situation.
