They're so sweet and understanding and super good with my kids
ABSOLUTELY NO COMPASSION FOR PATIENTS. After missing an appointment due to a death in the family I was questioned about the truthfulness of it, asked when they passed and was told I should have called in the middle of making arrangements to let them know we wouldn’t be there because filling their “big gaps” in the schedule is far more important than having compassion for a patient calling and explaining the situation. If I could give less than 0 I would. Scheduled an appointment for my kids in January for March 30. Get to the appointment and they have no appointment it was somehow lost. I know I was not the only person to have this problem that day. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone.
