THE LOGISTICS ARE FRUSTRATING I will update this after our stay but I want to express some frustrations so far with the booking and checkin procedure , and share from experience. In the Buller Holidays accom Search, apt 113 that we have booked only shows as available if you put in 4 people however, in Airbnb and the information I received, it says it takes 6 people in the Queen, 2 singles and sofa bed. Stayed in a one bedroom apt in the summer. It was very clean, had been freshly painted and furniture updated. Kitchen and utensils adequate. TV good but not smart tv. It was a nice place to relax and base yourself. There was not a view from our room but a short walk fixed this.
Good location, neat and tidy. Probably a tad expensive per night for what you get.
