After Dr Budd retired, there are NO office house. NP "floaters" who only work until 3:30??? I mean - get real. I'd have to take off a day of work for that. Never took off more than 2 hours with Dr. B. Get it together.
E-Check In is a joke. The computer and/or staff ignores each other. I was, in office 30 minutes before my appointment, when my appointment time arrived others patients were called in. The receptionist was notified but I was treated as if it was my fault and staff acted I was late for my appointment. The staff saw me there at 130 pm but did not care. The staff kept ignoring me and covered up their error. The staff didn't want to adjust the time lost by them and kept every patient to their appointment time. Then the receptioni... read more
Great improvement since Covid, much better time management.
Worst office staff. Unprofessional, hangs up, refuses to answer questions. Terrible phone manners. I have had to contact the clinic manager and she is also unprofessional. Attitude, disrespectful, unprofessional. If you need medical care, seek other facilities. This is not the one for you.
