Wait time was horrible, but to be expected for an emergency room and it was busy. Once I was taken back everything seemed seemless and the staff was pretty amazing at what they do. The staff was very helpful and was not pushy and really understood what was going on. Definitely a better experience than I have had in the past.
The nurses were great but after reviewing my chart some of the information that the provider charted was wrong and made me feel like he didnt listen to a word I said.
Did not like how the doctor treated me and dismissed my worries like they didn’t matter.
Everyone from the EMT, to the lab tech, x rat tech, the Doctor and nurses were just so thoughtful, kind and comforting. Great staff.
