Most of the time I love SSM emergency room in Shawnee, OK. and they take very good care of me but this time I didn't care for the nurse. She hurried me out because they needed the room for someone sicker than me. I just thought she was unsympathetic to my problem. Not like a nurse should be. The doctor was great. Karen Dowty
Very thorough care. Made sure all was okay and was able to go home. Doctor and nurses etc were very nice.
