Visited the ER this weekend and ended up having surgery. I received great care from ER through discharge.... nurses, techs, and physicians and all in between. I'm an ER nurse myself and know the difference between good and bad care. I'm glad to have chosen to not drive farther. Thank you to everyone at St. Anthony's
Best hospital in western Iowa. They’ve gone above and beyond for me. All the staff there deserve a lot of praise
Absolutely some of the worst care I have ever received in my life. It depends on the staff you get through the ER whether you will be treated or denied care. Zero lack of compassion. I wouldn't send my dog to this facility.
Can't recommend this place enough! I myself was in the ER 7/16 and even though they were full and slammed I was brought back without a wait. Marci, Susan, Trent, and Caden were excellent and efficient at getting me triaged and treated, and checking on my comfort throughout. Dr. Klanduch was very kind and I feel like he took time to listen to my concerns and treat me appropriately.
