Lady has no idea what she is doing and will not work with you to figure it out. She is dense and completely unhelpful.
Turn right after taking the elevator to the second floor. Unlike other places that need to send specimens out, there is a lab in the building that analyzes the PCR tests, so you get your results much quicker than, say, CityMD, which takes 3 days. I’ve found if I go to St. Anthony’s Lab in the morning, I’ll receive my results the same day; in the afternoon, then the next day. Terrible service
I suggest to every one dont het your test at this lab This stuffs is very negligent, I got my test on the 01/13/22 and i called a few times they did not know what happened with my results, they said they will email it, then I called the 2nd time , they said we will email your results when ready after 10 days, then I called again on the 01/28/22 and I told the lady on the phone I am calling the insurance because you're not charging my I insurance for a service that you did not give me , her answer was , you can called who wha... read more
