Last year when I had a Mammogram the visit showed up in My Chart and so did the results that day. Yesterday I went to get a Mammogram I was registered, admitting pulled up My Chart, I received a notification to let them know I was there etc. The lady who did my Mammogram said they were not backed up and should have been read yesterday and the results in My Chart. The absolute worst scheduling for a yearly appointment. To schedule it will take a minimum of one hour for a call center outside the US that will ask you so many questions about your history including if you have Covid, and this is after the pandemic. Scheduling should not be so hard.
I booked my appointment months ago and they call me less than 2 weeks from my appointment to reschedule and now I have to wait another TWO months to get my screening because they're "short staffed" -not sure what is going on at Franciscan but the whole system is falling apart. don't go here.
I have litterally never spoken to a more rude, insane human in my life, and this is healthcare? I just can't believe it!!
