This should be 0 stars but I have to pick at least one. If you have an emergency, you’re best option is to go to medical school and become a doctor yourself, because it’ll take about the same amount of time to actually be seen by a doctor here. Me and my 6-year-old (who was the patient) checked in at 8:30pm. They said there would be a wait since they had only ONE doctor on staff. This was the first time I actually felt an ER trip was warranted (normally we are ok with her pediatrician and 24-hour nurse line), so I was wholly... read more
The most inept, inefficient operation I have ever experienced. I wasted two and a half hours waiting patiently, and at that point, I decided to find care where the staff actually knows what they are doing.
