This should be 0 stars but I have to pick at least one. If you have an emergency, you’re best option is to go to medical school and become a doctor yourself, because it’ll take about the same amount of time to actually be seen by a doctor here. Me and my 6-year-old (who was the patient) checked in at 8:30pm. They said there would be a wait since they had only ONE doctor on staff. The most inept, inefficient operation I have ever experienced. I wasted two and a half hours waiting patiently, and at that point, I decided to find care where the staff actually knows what they are doing.

I thought I would be there at least 5-6 hours but I was done in less than 4 and I had X-rays done. The care and concern exceeded my expectations. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Went in with a wheelchair due to both legs being injured and unable to put pressure on either of them. Wonderful gentleman assisted. Wish I knew his name! For X-rays was told I had to use step Up ladder! When told I could leave had to attempt to walk out, no assistance, no wheelchair no nothing. Air cast put on incorrectly. Dr. Said leg hurt because like a little kid they fall and bruise.
