When I dying, do not bring me here. Take the drive to Port Orchard or Tacoma. The doctors here are bad, those on the front lines don't know there jobs. Even in an ER with 5 people I waited 4 hours and still didn't have my BP checked or the MRI that was finally ordered several hours later. Several of my personal friends used to be doctors and nurses here but even they have nothing positive to say about their experience working here years ago. I've had experiences accompanied family members and being a patient myself. The waiting in the hall is ridiculous and the way patients names are called out and medical situation is discussed in hallways must violate some HIPPA privacy laws. Also, I don't know if they understaff their R.N. to the point that they forget that when people come in they are sick and feeling very vulnerable. A little kindness and patience would go a long way. The service are very nice and warm. There care is nice and it is easy to get to the place. They have a nice check in process and people able to direct you.
