If you go to the St. Anthony's ER and you get Dr. Fox, you're better off turning around and walking right back out. I went to the ER for severe chest and abdominal pain. He dismissed my symptoms as "feminine issues" (direct quote) and indigestion. Didn't even give me a physical exam or anything. Gave me some Zofran and sent me home. Honestly better off going somewhere else if it's an actual emergency. This place takes a minimum of 4 hours to get in it seems like and when I was there for really bad chest pains I waited a few hours before just giving up and there was another group of people with one of them unable to move their leg and they were there waiting for around 7 hours without any help. Truly pathetic.

Was taken in Doctor came checked me out ordered a catheter & MRI. Diagnosed after MRI worked on getting me a Surgical team that could take me. Everybody was full but had a bed available later. Airlife team took me by ground to Boise St Alfonso Hospital ER. Planes full & Helicopters Grounded. Big shout to all the ER crew, MRI personnel, & the Airlife Crew!! Thank you all so much!!

I can understand being busy with higher priority patients, but when someone comes in with a kidney infection you’d think they’d at least run a urine sample. They did, after 4 hours of waiting. Triage took my vitals twice, but I was never seen by a doctor and never taken back into a room. I’ve almost died from these before, it’s in my record too. I would recommend making a trip to walla walla or Hermiston if it’s serious. This place won’t take you seriously. Not to mention if you had a history of drug use in the past, but are... read more
