Came here because I was having symptoms of a headache, neck pain and internal bleeding. Got turned away without any help and was told that there was nothing they could do except wait for my PHP appointment in 3 weeks... people die in that amount of time. There is alot of staff here that just seems indifferent and wants to churn and burn through patients. I will not be coming back.

Genuinely some of the worst “care” I’ve ever received at an ER. They refused to allow me to take ibuprofin or tylenol for the pain, saying that “a doctor would help me soon” and that I shouldn’t leave because bloodwork had flags. After this they left me to sit in excruciating pain for hours and acted incredibly put-upon whenever I asked if I could just leave

This emergency room is a joke. They take you for tests and leave you on a gurney and forget about you. Tell you that your discharged and can’t have your test then come back and say you refused the test that you were never discharged.

After waiting almost 3 hours she finally got back to a room only to be told by the doctor that she probably has a cold in her lungs and she may end up with a standard cold. Then proceede... read more

My primary sent there because the pain, nausea, no bowel movement in 7 days.Already been told diverticulitis. I check in at 830am, sitting in the chairs. I finally get some blood drawn and an I.V. for fluid and anti nausea med.I get the largest bruise from that. I cannot get any pain meds because they are only allow to prescribe pain meds in the back room where the beds are, not chairs..Noon, CT scan pm nothing they can do for 3pm. I get a referral for GI specialist(sent wrong Referral) Trying to fix that now too.
