The staff are always kind and the visit is usually pretty quick. The only downside this last visit is that I went in for pain management and imaging, and I sat in a dark, unconditioned room, for 5 hours, with no one checking in on me. The meds didn't work, and two women came in from the hallway to offer me water and comfort. Finally after reviewing my own results and being told that "I can see you're in agony, and I wish I could help", being given another round of meds that didn't work and being alone for another 20 minutes,... read more
