I was given the most professional and friendly care that I have ever experienced.
I was taken in right away as I was feeling weak and my heart was raising due to “acute altitude sickness.” EVERY staff member was friendly, so supportive and explained all procedures clearly. The friendly receptionist and young man who explained the paperwork were knowledgeable, professional and patient. The nurse, doctor, PA and all the medical staff were patient and reassuring. I left confident that I had received exceptional care!
I didn’t read the 1 star reviews, but would highly recommend reading. Do not go unless you have a serious injury! I had a ‘boot bump’ where my big toe nail turned purple with a nail hematoma. I went in for them to drain it. They poked a hole in my toenail, and it took 2 minutes. I have great insurance, and paid $330 for the “facilities fee” then 2 months later got the bill from US Acute Care for $692 for the “contracted doctor fee.” They charged me for a surgery for the “removal of nail, partial or complete” for something th... read more
