I cannot express my gratitude enough. My husband was brought here by squad. They had about 6-8 people waiting for us upon arrival and rushed him right into a room and hooked him up. He was in the cath lab within 15 minutes, at most and his heart blockage was removed immediately once they found its location. While I was waiting they gave me a social worker then a chaplain to assist me with anything I might need. The cardiologist was fantastic snd kept me informed the whole time. Good morning, how hard is that to say?! I brought my mother in for early morning procedure and Audrey was not the friendliest person. Registration you can do better I mean seriously! If you don't like working with the public get a NEW JOB! Maybe Audrey needs to read below
Starting in the ER. My mom has a fractured hip. While in the ER I had to put mom on a bed pan and take her off. I am not trained to position a person with a fractured hip. If I was lucky enough to have a person help they never returned. I hope my 11 hours of doing their job is deduct from her bill. Misinformation was given regarding her fracture and I had to constantly run a nurse down before even one pain med was administered. Admission onto the ortho floor E2 again, no help. No staff. While my mother always was in and out of this hospital they could never pin point her pain issues. She had falling and all they did was send her home with no explaination. She went multiple times for leg pain and all they did was draw blood and send her home. They didn’t even try to find out what was wrong with my mother! The nurses don’t even like their job.
