CHI Franciscan (St. Anne) is a fraud by claiming “compassionate and respectful” care. It doesn’t take more than 5min in the ER waiting room to see that it’s not living this mission. Absolutely horrible, irresponsible care by mediocre staff. 3-hr wait with NO promise of being seen, and if the (triage and charge nurse) were any indication of care once actually inside, I would be frightened.
