My family member now lives at St Angela Merici. We have been very pleased with the care he has received here. The staff work as a team, cohesively with respect to each other and the clients. The staff look happy, and their happiness is passed on to the clients. I see a lot of hands on care and my family member always looks clean, fresh and cared for. The St Angela Merici Residence provides exceptional care for seniors that need more assistance than offered in seniors residences and most care homes. The supportive and friendly staff are patient, caring and speak kindly to the residents. The staff to resident ratio allows them to provide good care and a variety of interesting activities. There are a range of rooms and suite sizes to suit the needs of residents. Some of the suites are large enough for couples. Most importantly, our mom is content and happy! It's home!! We had to find more care for our mom quickly. Luckily a spot was available and Anne made things happen quickly and efficiently....we had no more stress or worry. The staff is beyond amazing! I see how they care for the residents in a respectful manner with a warm smile, kindness and compassion. Our family has so much gratitude for the kind, attentive, and professional personal care given to our mother, who has been at St. Angela's for nearly two years. Over my frequent visits I have observed how patient and supportive the caregivers are with all the residents. I am especially grateful for the regular and clear communication about my mother's care plan and the attention given to her intellectual and spiritual wellbeing in addition to body care.
