Brianna was absolutely the best! Went to see my mom and she was above and beyond helpful! She definitely deserves to be acknowledged for her kindness and being an all around lovely girl! Thanks so much Brianna.
My Father was there for over a month, thinking this was a wonderful facility. He was in skilled care, my family and I were very disappointed. A few of the RN's Bill and Cindy were excellent. Overall the aids were good great personalities except one that rolled her eyes when asked a question and would be very ignorant to my dad. The last day we overheard her call the physical therapy unit "idiots" . She's very unprofessional and lazy. We noticed that everyone would sit at the nurses desk and eat , talk and be on their phones.... read more
