Two Residents have tested positive at White Cliffs Senior Living in Kingman Az! Very poor COVID policies and and poor decisions by Senior Executive Director! She should get all Residents the COVID shots immediately! The Director is letting some residents visit outside family during the holidays! High quality care? STOP it with all the lies! Watermark Corporation is a conglomerate that cares only about the money, not the quality of care the residents receive. Legacy at Grand Vie is a joke! Residents are neglected and abused and the Resident Director (Michelle) turns a blind eye to, since it is her friends doing it! Legacy at Grand Vie is the WORST! I don’t recommend working there . The residents are the only good thing about that place !
A family member was admitted on Wednesday, August 5, and we haven't heard a word about him since. It takes repeated calls and transfers to MAYBE find someone to talk to--and they're busy or not the correct person. There are NO visitors allowed and there's no communication--it's as though he's fallen into a black hole. I'm not convinced that he's receiving the best care--if ANY care--since no one there has bothered to contact the family. Unless a miracle happens, I cannot recommend this place.
Increased staff, attention to basic needs, decent furniture, decent food, proactive care in a reasonable time frame
RecommendedBest place I have ever worked. I never feel like I'm at work. just among friends an family. I have never felt such joy to work with my residents. Even through this harsh time, I pray we make it through. My residents are a piece of me, an I live them dearly. please if u need people pl keep to care for your loved ones bring them here. our arms are always open.
