I live in "The Cove" neighborhood & drive past the St. Andrew Towers Apts everyday on my way to & from work. The place appears to be a low income retirement community, and I don't get the impression that the residents are very considerate citizens. It is a beautiful waterfront property over looking the bay, but each time I go by that place, there are numerous residents loitering around the property smoking cigarettes. I love living here !!! The apartments are just the right size , and the views are amazing , With lots of closet space . You must be 62yrs. Old or older to live here . Also there is a laundromat on the premises....

I love that it's not far from that beautiful beach.The girl I talked to in the office on the phone seemed nice.Im getting the rest of the information I need to send them asap.I would so move there if they call me.
The ladies in office are great. They stay busy and handle people with so many different personalities, they are professional. They continue to update the building. Maintenance is great.
