The worst hospital experience ever. Went in for a jaw operation and the worst care possible afterwards. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Shame on the nurses who didn’t care for me very well!! Had to wait an hour for pain meds when I was in excruciating pain one night. One night I had to be helped taken to the toilet as I had dead legs from morphine. Not a single nurse could help me?! I got my surgery there and it was amazing they got me food and drinks and dessert

Disappointing switchboard! Waited in excess of 24 minutes! Even didn’t connect me to the person I had asked for! Let’s see if any one from quality team can look into it!

Well… it’s good to know that Saint Andrew’s Toowoomba is consistently as bad as Ipswich. I would love for someone to explain to me how I can pay the top hospital cover and yet be turned away when I had an infected appendix. They told the surgeons at Toowoomba base that they would not take me. Further more, when I had to return to Toowoomba due to a complication, they told the doctors that they would not take me so I could lay in a bed on antibiotics. You had better believe I will be singing from the rooftops now!
