They wanted to offer customers great customer service, knowledgeable staff and great products, all wrapped into one experience. Between the two of them Brad and Martin have over 25 years experience with outdoor power equipment.

I have been dealing with both Brads, Adam, and the gang for years. Not once have I had a problem with getting service at the counter, or parts when I need them. If I showed up with a part, or the make and model of what I want, they get it for me. Everything from seasonal maintenance parts, to odd-ball parts, to consumable items like belts, fluids and twine. The very odd time, it takes a while to get a part shipped in. Blame that on the parts supplier. It would take a huge warehouse to try and stock parts for every product on... read more
