My experience with this practice has been awful. Their actions have been grossly negligent. I work in a remote area with limited phone network access. I made an online appointment for a serious medical issue, provided patient and payment details, received confirmation of my appointment, and proceeded to book flights to Perth to suit the booked appointment time. Upon return to a mobile service area, I found a voicemail message on my phone telling me my appointment was cancelled as the doctor did not want to take new patients.... read more
