Just love the family atmosphere and caring. It truly is like family here.
The staff is overworked. The patient ratio is unsafe but the staff does what they can for the patients. As far as answering their phones or returning phones calls is hit or miss. Our experience with the facility wasnt horrible, they did what they could do for our family member with their limited scope of practice. The follow up from Mary the liaison was unexpected but nice to know someone was following up. Her continuous reach out has been appreciated.

Follow ups are a 10! The facility (on the count I've only been in about 3x) is a 4. The only two things I'd update is the entry after 5 (waiting for someone to come unlock the door) have it where theres a camera setup there someone being able to buss the door open. The last thing would be to add air fresheners throughout. Other than that, the staff is amazing and sometimes you need the one that'll tell the hard headed residents what they don't want to hear.
