Tiffany Harris (CNA), does a fantastic job taking care the patients on her ward. She shows genuine care and concern for my friend during her stay, and to everyone she comes in contact with. Everything she did was professional from helping patients to simple things like putting linens on beds. She was gentle and compassionate with my friend. That kind of care is personal, and causes the public to think highly of St. Andrews Bay Skilled Nursing & Rehab Center.
Caring and uplifting. Always ready to help. Everyone is friendly and helpful and trying to keep things clean. Would use them again
Over all the place smells, activities horrible, the place stands a chance if they fire the old and renew the place, it smells, no one cares, my mom is there, and I truly believe that if they start from top, and fire hire fresh this place could be amazing, I wish I was in position to take my mom home, but unfortunately this is what it is, her care is horrible, I come daily, hours at times, cry when I leave, it's a sad environment
Page and Frankie and Jason and Teresa and Michael are the best 😅, they made me work harder than I wanted to. But I could loose the boot from my broken leg and foot 😭 with their help. I learned how to walk again 😄 it took awhile, building up my muscles first. It was the hardest thing I ever had to do, but the BEST thing I ever did. Thank God for all that helped 🙏 🙏 🙏 me!!!
Wonderful facility and staff. Very well organized and the quality of care is top notch! They took excellent care of my mother during her rehabilitation. I highly recommend them!
