I own a condo at this complex and it's unfortunate that the owners are treated like pure crap by Jonathan who is the property manager's assistant he basically never knows the answer to any questions and always directs us to contact the property manager via email. Aside from that he is extremely rude he just literally hung up the phone on me I called back and he did not respond I don't understand how the association can have someone so condescending and rude to work at the office there have been many complaints about him but ... read more
My friend lives here and constantly is receiving threats from the management. The people in the office treat you like you are a prisoner and they are wardens. There is no consideration or humanity.
The worst! The experience from the managers and HOA are unprofessional and ruthless….just saying
