excellent nurses and staff, a fair wait for my procedure yesterday but there were a lot of other people waiting and that isn’t the nurses / staff’s fault at all. very hard working people who took excellent care of everyone
St Andrew’s Ipswich Private Hospital Where Payment Comes Before Patients I never imagined that in a medical emergency, my ambulance would be held hostage—not by traffic, but by a receptionist demanding credit card details before allowing transport to proceed. While I was in distress, lying in the ambulance, the vehicle didn’t move. The hospital staff insisted on confirming insurance and payment first. What a beautiful hospital to come too, thank you Taylor and all the staff on level five, your absolutely a credit , the level of care outstanding, professionalism again not seen in my lifetime untill St Andrew’s, and the team on level five, again from the bottom of my heart your care most appreciated
I was treated so amazing I actually thought I had been pranked as I don't remember going to sleep ( first surgery I have ever had this happen) I cannot recommend this hospital enough so caring and compassionate especially when I had an anxiety/panic attack leading into theatre and was shaking uncontrollably tysvm to my gyno surgeon didn't catch your name an amazing indian man you made a terrifying experience feel like a walk in the park forever grateful and I was a public patient through a government funded scheme so did not... read more
