Our experience with the St Andrews at Ipswich is extremely unpleasant that I cannot even provide one star review. We have booked the hospital for my wife’s pregnancy delivery through C-Section, assuming that the private hospital would be very helpful in terms of assistance just after the surgery. Always a good experience via day surgery, ward, ED or maternity. Nurses are caring and attentive.
I have been coming to this hospital for many many years now, over the years it has gotten so much worse. Majority of the nurses are very rude, the doctors don’t typically know what is wrong and will just dismiss any little or big thing that is going on with you and you end up leaving with no answers. I’ve had multiple surgeries at St Andrew’s and have been cared for so well every time. From the admin people to my surgical team, nurses and cleaners. They are all so friendly, helpful and caring. Highly recommend this wonderful hospital.
