We went to see if we could spot a meteor or two and got a lot more than that. Using the several telescopes that are on site, we got to view Saturn, Hercules, the Ring nebula, the craters of the Moon, a round galaxy, the Whirlpool, M13, and other clusters. With our naked eye we were able to see several meteors as well as the Milky Way. The members of the QC Astronomy Club as well as Dr Mitchell from St. Ambrose University are very knowledgeable and informative, but most of all excited to share with us. Loved it!
