Terrible customer service here. The person at the desk seemed very annoyed with my questions, and as someone who has little to no knowledge on landscaping and what exactly I’m looking for, this was irritating. And they just generally seem unhappy to be there. I wouldn’t waste your time with this company personally.
Really disappointed with the experience. We went into the showroom hoping to get some pricing, but the older woman at the front desk didn’t acknowledge us at all—no greeting, no offer to help, nothing. She just stayed on her computer the entire time. We likely would have gone ahead with an order, if we had felt even slightly welcomed. Instead, we left, and on our way out, she pulled out her knitting. It was frustrating and honestly off-putting.
