No communication with patients, arbitrarily slap bed alarms on people who are alert and oriented despite bed alarms being more detrimental than good, take away all your agency, and completely dehumanize you. Worst hospital ever.
I spent three days and nights in Saint Alphonsus Hospital June 28 to July 1st 2026. I had 8 broken ribs from a motorcycle accident. I was in ER for 24 hours and not fed. The next two days in ICU. I was supposed to have surgery but they kept putting it off after continued fasting and withdrawal of daily meds. Surgery never happened and I demanded to be released. All caregivers were very kind, personable, knowledgeable and caring. The appointment was on time and time spent was adequate for service. Was happy with overall appointment.
Waited 45 minutes to be seen at an appointment made two months prior. Total disrespect for my time.
They will try to not kill you, then triple charge you for your visit, then send you to collections after you pay all three times for the one procedure. You are probably better off ANYWHERE else.
