I actually look forward going to the doctors office these days. Staff is wonderful. Dr. Miller has been treating me for the past five years and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
I’m upset because yesterday afternoon I was discharged after 3.5 days there on the 5th floor for a severe respiratory issue. My first evening there I took a shower and requested housekeeping remove all the wet towels from the bathroom for safety issues and they took my personal clothing that were hanging up with a hospital issue gown. I would give the staff 5 stars. The corporate minions that run this facility seem to have a blanket policy on discharging patients as quickly as possible. My 21 y/o daughter was sent home with us having blood pressure of 65/45 which is dangerous especially after emergency surgery. Was not very pleased...there were not even any other patients in the surgery center at that time. I was a guest at St. Alphonsus medical for 4 days including the surgery to remove a mass in my chest. I've never experienced a better group of nurses and staff in my life. They were the nicest, most caring and professional group i could ever hope for. Lacie, Kyliegh, Asher, Alexis and everyone else that was there, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
