I want just say how thankful I am for Dr Kim Wilson and his RN with my lumber puncture that I had done last Wednesday. I was so nervous and quiet scared to have this done even tho I've had so many different procedures done over the years. Dr Wilson was so great telling how everything would work and explaining everything to me so well. His RN was fabulous in keeping my mind off of little pain I had. I felt St. Alphonsus was very efficient and professional completing My blood work, ultra sound, and appointments in a timely manner.
St Al’s scheduling department is the worst! I had been dealing with some health problems that were scary which prompted me to consider a mammogram. I had talked to my provider who was on board with this given my situation and ordered it. I called to schedule the first time, was scheduled for September along with a US and then was called back and told I need an office visit for insurance purposes (completely understandable). Their scheduling department is horrible! They never called to schedule my first ultrasound, then tried to blame me for it. When they finally scheduled my anatomy scan, they called two days before to cancel it because they scheduled it incorrectly. And then they pushed it out for a month!
